Cancellations:  Whilst we wish to treat cancellations sympathetically, spaces are limited and the following charge must apply.


Cancellation for your retreat, for whatever reason, should be notified to us directly by email:- Full Payments:


For places paid in full and then cancelled the following applies:-


More than TEN weeks before the start of the retreat: 100% refund minus the deposit.


SIX to TEN weeks before the start of the retreat: 50% refund minus the deposit.-


Less than SIX weeks before the start of the retreat no refund will be given.


Travel Insurance:  It is strongly advised that you take out travel insurance which would cover you financially not only for unforeseen events that may occur whilst on the retreat but also in the event of your needing to cancel.

Payment Terms & Conditions

A deposit of £200, non-refundable but transferrable at our discretion, is required to secure your booking. The payment can then be made in 2 parts with last part paid 30 days before retreat.  This payment method is only available when paying by BACS using the manual payment button.   We will then invoice you for the final part of your payment 30 days out from the retreat start date.
