Four Day Online Detox Retreat focusing on Longevity 2

Come and Join us for a four-day detox retreat 13 - 16 April 2023 . We will be focussing on longevity and sharing up to the minute practical longevity protocols, yoga, meditation and amazing food prep sessions. This retreat will happen via zoom and you can join us from wherever you are in the world. We will provide you with three menus for the weekend and you can choose from a juice and broth fast, a raw food fast or a plant-based cooked menu plan. 

We start and finish each day with yoga, breath-work and meditation. During the day we share longevity workshops and food prep sessions. All sessions are recorded and available straight after just in case you miss any of them. 

This is a fantastic way to give yourself some self-care and me-time in the comfort of your own home. 

This is also a great retreat to do together with your partner/family member/friend or whoever you share your home with.

Doing properly designed regular cleanses and/or fasts will not only help you cleanse from toxins, boost your health and trigger longevity genes, it is also a great way to reboot and get back on track physically, emotionally and spiritually. During our retreat, you will learn how to support your detoxification pathways on a day to day basis, how to avoid toxic overload and disease, as well as how to activate your amazing longevity genes. We will talk about foods to eat, exercises to do and naturopathic lifestyles and exercises to be aware of so that you can incorporate them in your day to day living.
